With our three main design packages, we at Archimontage customize our six-step design process for you. You may be sure that the design service you choose will be ideal for you and your project if you choose Concept Only, Concept to Plans, or Concept to Keys.
Included in the Architectural Package
Archimontage provides a variety of cost models based on the design packages you select for your project. The bundle or packages you select, the scope of your project, and any other services you choose to add will all affect our fee schedules. Scheduling one of our Design Consultations is the first step in our design process and is essential if you want to get pricing and costs.
Since it requires less commitment than our other packages, our Design Consultation is a necessary step in our design process. It gives us the opportunity to scope out the architectural work, offer guidance on the viability of your project plans, and establish reasonable expectations regarding any potential constraints your project may encounter—as well as potential opportunities you may not have considered! We can provide you with a price schedule and an estimated cost following this Design Consultation session, depending on the project's current scope.
Following the Design Consultation, our architects can assist you in realizing your idea in a variety of ways. Before completing the project and overseeing builders themselves, some of our clients elect to hire us as architects solely for their concept design, which they use to determine cost estimates, project viability for their lifestyle, and any other decisions they may need to make. For a more comprehensive service, other clients could choose to work with us, offering their opinions and recommendations on ideas put forth by our architects while using our company to handle the project management, builder tendering, and approval paperwork.

Extra Fees for Subconsultants
Our projects typically entail the services of a variety of specialized experts in addition to our architectural service fees. The input from a surveyor, town planner, engineer, estimator, and certifier may need to be commissioned by the customer. As needed for the project's effective completion, we will arrange estimates from each of these consultants for our clients.
